Scott's passion is to educate people on the importance of their own mental health, while providing them with legitimate practices to acknowledge, identify and overcome negative thinking that holds them back. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy practices and a compassionate touch, he aims to inspire others by using real-life stories, motivating examples, and fact-based strategies. Scott feels that validating one's own struggles is the first step towards breaking through the negative strongholds occupying the mind.
